qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
Experience in the industrial or mobile market, including machines and applications.
Familiarity with commissioning PMAC motors and inverters.
Experience with control systems such as IQAN is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Diplomatic, reliable, credible, and persuasive.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building, influencing, and networking.
Customer-oriented with a proactive and dynamic approach.
Good understanding of key local markets and applications relevant to the Technology Group.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
Willingness and ability to travel.
