Assisting the E-com Manager on managing: Product/ Price/ Stock/ Order/ Shippment/ Customer Data /POS / Back Office.
E-Mail Marketing management:
Cookie Management Analysis. (for legal)
Web Site Management:
Synchronization with Global Website in line with Local Retail Calendar. (New templates, new or hidden categories/products etc. at the online platform)
Product Listing, Recommendations and Shop The Look Weekly Process.
Translation and Design Process. (weekly)
Monitoring changes in website traffic or increases in sales.
Will be responsible for alternative channels and online store for the regions.
Managing Marketplace operation A to Z. (product descriptions, product visuals, banners, creating new products, updating prices etc.)
Preparation and analyzing Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Following up E-commerce and Marketplace sales, stock levels, integrations, payment process etc.
Working closely with Business Development, IT, Marketing Planning team.
