Regional Leadership Market Development:
Lead the Flow and Chemistry business unit’s strategy across the entire TCAL region, adapting plans to local markets (Turkey, Central Asia, and the Levant) while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and product positioning.
Team Management Mentorship:
Manage and coach Product Specialists in the team, ensuring they are equipped to handle product demonstrations, customer support, and training.
Provide field support to Product Specialists when necessary, assisting them with high-priority customer interactions or complex technical inquiries.
Distributor and Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team and distributors across the region to provide product training, application support, and commercial strategies for tenders and bids.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and decision-makers at hospitals and laboratories.
Ensure their input is integrated into the product and marketing strategy.
Market Intelligence Strategy Development:
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive actions, and regulatory developments across the region.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to grow market share and drive revenue.
Product Launch Marketing Execution:
Oversee the successful launch of new products in the TCAL region, adapting global marketing content, and preparing local promotional materials. (catalogues, brochures, etc.)
Align with sales teams on strategies to maximize launch success.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal company teams including IT/ICS (Integrated Concept Solutions), Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Support, and Global Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and product rollouts.
Scientific Collaboration Innovation:
Facilitate and support scientific studies in partnership with KOLs. Leverage Company’s advanced parameters and unique technologies to drive innovation and differentiation in the market.
Field Support for Product Specialists:
Offer hands-on assistance to Product Specialists in the field during critical customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complex issues. Provide expertise and guidance for high-priority technical cases.
Additional Responsibilities:
Adapt and localize product promotional materials and educational content for the TCAL region.
Organize and participate in scientific symposia, congresses, and training events for customers and distributors.
Ensure compliance with local regulations in all marketing and sales activities.
