Work in partnership with line of business heads on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.
Executive Board meetings, grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings.
Provide support and advice to HR Manager with regard to issues inside work, and ensure that staff are able to access professional support with regard to any serious issues which affect them.
Co-ordinate the annual remuneration round to ensure policy guidelines are adhered to.
Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to define, monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
Organisational Design and end-to-end talent management: good judge of people with a demonstrable affinity for talent management.(acquire, develop, retain, deploy)
HR analytics reporting, , training development, internal communication, compensation benefits management.
Taking part in development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects. (Recruitment, On boarding, Development, Retention, and Exit),
Coach employees to help them navigate job issues, career development and answer general questions regarding HR programs and policies.
Participate in special HR projects and process improvement and organizational development initiatives.
Provide strategic consultation and education to senior business leaders on human capital matters resulting in improved decision making (speed, quality and transparency) and driving the desired business outcomes.
Main focus is on enabling the growth plans in line with the company strategic plan.
Develop and execute upon the strategic workforce plans for critical global corporate functions to include advancing a change management and communications plan.
Execute against strategic initiatives identified in collaboration with the business.
HR team to proactively identify improvement needs for the HR function and passion for continuous improvement of the end to end HR model and its business added value.
