We are looking for a regional P&O Business Partner for our global business partner, one of the leading FMCG companies.
The role will focus on partnering with the CEAB Turkey Office Functions’ Directors, Line Managers and Associates across 6 countries; from recruitment and onboarding of new associates to effectively implementing talent processes and continuing to build engagement through effective associate relations management.

Associate Relations Engagement.
Ensure all associate relations matters are properly addressed, in line with local labour legislation, Associate Concept and best practice in company as well as external world.
Continuously monitor the working environment in her/his functions to ensure it remains productive and engaging.
Support LMs in their journey towards line manager capability building.
Co-pilot LMs in the client group in creating highly engaged teams with Impact planning and High Performing Collaboration expertise sharing.
Actively drive engagement by ensuring impact sessions are taking place and runs internal grievance disciplinary processes to resolution and escalates to the P&O Director where required.
Recruitment and Onboarding.
Recruitment - participate in recruitment process to fill vacancies in time.
To facilitate participate in assessing candidates on panels independently. (to all functions/all job levels)
Provide support to TA Partner in Turkey market to source, develop and manage recruitment agencies.
Support onboarding of new associates in the country.
Talent Pipeline development and Talent processes.
To facilitate local performance and development process and support LMs, ensuring that the performance management systems are dealt appropriately. (including low performance management cases)
Facilitate Functional Succession Planning process in all Functions of the Client group.
Develops and implements a talent management approach for the country in collaboration with line managers in order to ensure associate development, retention and succession for key capability development in the business.
To co-pilot LMs in developing Associates encouraging developing atmosphere with Development Plans expertise sharing.
Business Objectives Associate Communication.
To make sure company principles and corporate cultures are being met.
To promote the operational style of the business, corporate philosophy, emphasizing the culture, especially Associate Concept in the company.
Contribute to the Unit People Strategy development and implementation through active communication to Associates.
Personnel Policies Practices. (PPP)
To ensure consistent and fair application of PPP, by working proactively with LMs and associates to ensure proper understanding and application with necessary flexibility and fairness.
Initiate changes to be compliance with changing environment and local legislations across CEAB Turkey.
Support in Admin Affairs.
To provide support in Turkey to P&O Operations Effectiveness Expert in HR documentation management, Associate health/insurance and safety areas in line with labor law requiremnents.
Projects.
May lead additional projects at the Unit or country level.
To ensure timely implementation of performance management process.
To be the link with L&D, with regard to training of associates, ensuring training is relevant and has high ROI.
To be the link with Rewards with regards to job evaluations and pay related areas for the client group.
