Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans with relevant production units.
Conduct order, stock, and capacity analysis via SAP and Excel systems.
Create production schedules aligned with demand and supply plans.
Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions.
Plan and oversee the entire process from production to shipment.
Contribute to the improvement and development of planning systems.
Establish and maintain communication and coordination with the company's international units and stakeholders.
