We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our global business partner in the manufacturing industry.

Receive, process and verify accuracy of client’s orders – order registration in the system.

Actively monitoring on all incoming orders to ensure quantity, availability and delivery time.

Customer support on order progression: order input, invoicing, delivery and logistics management, follow-up in case of issues and difficulties.

Invoicing and payments control, including follow-up on overdue.

Interaction with warehouse for product transfer, storage, preparation and shipping.

Identification of the best logistic solution in terms of availability, time and costs.

Administrative management, monitoring and follow-up on import/export processes of finished goods.

Regular updates with planning department on products availability or production planning, to be constantly updated on order progression within the established times.

Management of any complaints relating to shipments, products and payments, interfacing with the internal offices involved. (sales, warehouse, production, administration)
