Define and update job descriptions, competencies, and skill sets.
Prepare and achieve a head count plan of internal and external resources in collaboration with hiring managers.
Provide timely information for candidates and managers at all stages of the recruitment process, following- up employee engagement.
Support Talent Acquisition process design, following recruitment and talent management trends to increase the efficiency of the systems.
Prepare monthly and periodic talent acquisition activity reports and statistics.
Conduct and follow up on the intern and new graduate programs.
Support Employee Branding strategies, establish new collaborations with Universities and Career Centers to attract talent, and maintain relationships efficiently.
Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and enhance internal communication.
Support the development of HR projects and systems.
