Being coordinated with external partner of product complaint sample shipment for product quality investigation,
Maintaining the complaint files as proper record retention rules are followed,
Assisting to the preparation of audits and inspections,
Create statistical analysis of product complaint trends,
Providing reports for Self-Assessment Quality Check,
Reconciliation with pharmacovigilance for complaints regarding adverse events.
