We are looking for a 'Customer Service Coordinator' for our business partner which is a leader in the global container shipping industry.

Creating the Bill of Ladings as per the customer’s instructions,
Ensure the created Bill of ladings complies with all rules and regulations defined in the customer / country specifications,
Updating revenues as per the Shipping instructions, country, and regional requirements,
Follow the standard operating procedure and ensure no deviations are induced in the process,
Handling the activities on the basis of Urgent FIFO,
Keep track of errors and work on the feedback provided by the team leaders and managers,
Achieve the targets and exceed them consistently.
