We are looking for a ‘Digital Lead’ for our global client operating in the pharmaceutical industry.
Digital Lead role specializes in designing, developing, and improving digital platforms and online solutions specifically tailored for Turkish Affiliate. The role involves leveraging technology to enhance communication, collaboration, and information sharing within the industry while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Patient Value Unit (PVU) strategy and execution of solutions across both Immunology and Neurology PVUs.

Platform Development OC Campaign management: Support generation of OC campaigns and responsible for continuous execution of generated OC campaigns at the right time at the right channel to the right customer.
Content Management: Generate contents based on customer need expectation, responsible for developing generated content with necessary stakeholders, regular approvals on Source Clear and uploading to related platforms. Ensure content is ready for customer usage.
Data Analytics: Generate necessary reporting’s with OE and regular follow up and share performance updates by analyzing this data, they can identify trends, optimize user experience, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as marketing, medical, OE and sales teams, IT, and external vendors, to integrate digital platforms with existing systems and tools. This enables seamless data flow, efficient workflows, and effective utilization of resources.
This is a transversal role supporting both PVUs and will report to Digital Business Transformation Lead, Turkey.
Lead and drive the OC campaigns (Marketing Automations, ON24, websites, social media, etc.) across PVUs
Create persona-based OC tactics agenda together with PVUs.
Work closely cross functional team to have seamless execution in OC campaigns.
Generate Develop OC plans and responsible to day-to-day execution of plan.
Generate customer understanding tools/dashboard/strategic performance trackers to generate insight driven solutions. (Google Analytics, NPS forms, customer feedback etc.)
Collaborate with Marketing to identify various Omnichannel marketing opportunities based on customer needs and insights and support in the execution of such tactics and active member of brand teams.
Collaborate with Medical and Ethics and Compliance (E&C) in ensuring adherence to compliance and accuracy of content.
Work as partner with Digital Coordinator to make sure our solutions are efficient and customer centric and guide them for a better customer relation.
Ensure specific, measurable, actionable and time related KPIs are defined and tracked with actions defined to course correct as needed such as DBT Hexagon metrics. (VEQ, Channel Mix, Cost/VEQ, OCCP, OR, Click Rate, Marketing Automation Campaigns. etc.)
Lead by example to ensure a culture of compliance in all digital initiatives and activities undertaken within Turkey.
Contributes to PVBP planning process and solutions development (incl. digital/multichannel) for both PVUs.
Identify right channel to right customer together with Digital Coordinator and ensure execution on customer level.
