We are looking for a 'General Accountant' for our global business partner in the chemical manufacturing sector for which we are providing consultancy services.

Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.

Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.

Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.

Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.

Faxes documents to accounts and follow up.

Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Perform partial checks of the posting process.

Record day to day bank transaction of collection and complete posting and clearing process at customer ledger.

All out-off office transactions. (tax office – bank etc.)
