We are looking for a "HR Operations Analyst" for our global business partner in the dental industry.
-Coordination with company's HR community during the preparation of all the employment- related documents. (contracts, amendments, etc.)
-Support employees concerning HR related topics.

-Daily close cooperation with the internal partners. (HR business partners – Recruiters)
-Maintain all HR related information in our internal system. (SAP HR)
-Be part of employee’s journey from end-to-end. (recruitment, onboarding, cross boarding, off boarding)
-Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve our processes.
-Support payroll processing providing input to the external payroll provider.
-Maintain physical employee folders.
-Submit monthly headcount and payroll reports to Finance and Accounting teams.
-Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, meal allowances, etc and track absenteeism and annual leave records.
-Handle reporting to the Ministry of Health during onboarding, offboarding, etc.
