Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA or a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in senior sales or business development roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of managing and expanding sales in international markets, particularly in regulated markets. (e.g., EU, MENA, LATAM, CIS regions)
Prior experience in a leadership role with responsibility for overseeing large sales teams across multiple geographies.
Deep understanding of international regulatory requirements and market access strategies, especially related to pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
Familiarity with the processes and requirements for obtaining approvals in various markets, including knowledge of cGMP and GDP guidelines.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Expertise in data analysis and reporting, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and performance metrics.
