We are looking for a Planning and Import Manager for our global client in food industry.

Responsible for leading and optimizing demand forecasting through monthly meetings with Sales and Global Demand Planning Teams.

Responsible of monthly IBP (SAP Integrated Business Planning Software) updates for short and long term.

Measuring monthly forecast accuracy and participating monthly sales forecast accuracy meetings with Global Demand Planning Team.

Monitoring weekly stock and production quantities and working with Global Demand Planner on supply quantities to avoid OOS or Overstock.

Preparing stock KPI reports and sharing them with relavant parties.

Follow up loadings with Global Export Logistics Teams and forwarders and Responsible for prioritizing loadings based on the urgency.

Controlling import documentation and managing customs clearance operation with customs broker.

Responsible of shipment insurance policies.

Supporting international freight tender and prepare required tender documents. Managing relations with forwarders.
