We're looking for a Quality Development Junior Engineer for our global business partner.

Responsible for the Laboratory,
Responsible for supporting transfer of recipes into standard production,
Testing and implementation of new raw materials and the approval of new suppliers,
Incoming RM inspection and Finished goods inspection,
Direct contact to raw material suppliers, to agree / define specifications and clarify any deviations,
Securing of the Raw Material supply chain together with the purchasing department,
Identifying and characterising new raw materials / sources / grades in order to improve quality or reduce cost,
In addition, the work will include the requirement to provide input and hands-on support for specific engineering and process tasks, related to the production of all PLNs,
As required, conduct supplier assessments together with QM department,
To advise and guide Operations / Product Managers about use of new materials in existing recipes,
Preparation of prototype samples and development recipes,
Support implementation of Global R&D Projects,
Trouble shooting in production (to support operations) with focus on recipe originated problems, ...
