Be responsible for compliance with legal/statutory requirements, professional duties, and other obligations, ethic values,
To interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, clients/customers, and suppliers,
To develop new businesses related to carbon fiber and carbon fiber based downstream products by introducing DowAksa products and solutions to DowAksa current and potential customers,
Identifying potential companies for the development of collaborations, creating the infrastructure of relevant negotiations and agreements,
To perform all sales activities in communication with customers, representatives and company related functions within the framework of company sales and marketing strategies, policies and set targets,
To follow up all processes from order to cash for all sales,
If there is any deviation from planned metrics and/or conditions develop mitigation plans and coordinate internal efforts to solve the issues,
To be owner of Sales CRM tool as administrative role and use Sales CRM tools effectively,
To be voice of customer and ensuring coordination between the customers and the company,
To develop price and sales conditions for carbon fiber and downstream products for approval of Commercial Director,
Be part of feasibility and floor pricing studies,
Create new distributor partnerships and manage existing distributors effectively,
To act in coordination with the Supply Chain department in the whole process from order taking to the delivery of products or samples to the customer,
To prepare the sales forecasts, to prepare plans in this direction, to present the plans to the Commercial Director for approval and to carry out periodic updates,
Monitoring competitors and customers, analyzing and reporting market and needs,
To represent DowAksa at the fairs, to carry out customer visits and meetings, to represent the company at the stands set up at the fairs, to make customer visits when necessary,
To make all related preparations for the fairs that are planned to be attended,
To receive and to relate all customer complaints as well as customer requests for special products or special ask and strengthen customer relations,
As the voice of the customer, to collaborate with other departments by taking an active role in responding to customers about complaints as soon as possible, to reduce customer complaints and to prevent their recurrence.
