Collect accurate market information, inquiries/demands from clients; timely share with relevant team members/management in local, regional offices as well as the Head Quarter preferably along with sales forecasts, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement with complementary analysis via concrete customer feedback and insights in due course.
Collaborate closely with the international trading and business development teams, prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals showcasing their value proposition to key decision-makers.
Support execution of each transaction phase including contracting, payment follow-up, production, cargo-readiness, logistics, document flow, after-sales services like quality issues, if any.
Support the local, regional and Head-Quarter teams for development of new business including the new brown-field or green-field investment opportunities by conducting comprehensive market research and build-up relations with reliable business partners.
Close follow-up on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our products/services and keep the relevant teams posted accordingly, via periodical updates.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence, identify new leads and represent the company when necessary.
Strongly acknowledge and adopt the essential principles of company rules and compliance regulations at each and every steps of business and employment activities.
