We are looking for a TBM Manager for our global business partner.

Project Tendering Cost Estimation:
Lead and coordinate the preparation of tenders for TBM projects, including cost estimation, risk assessment, and technical documentation.
Develop procurement strategies and liaise with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
Project Planning Execution:
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage TBM selection, procurement, assembly, commissioning, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Team Leadership Coordination:
Recruit, develop, and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and operators.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical expertise on TBM operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Address complex geotechnical and hydrogeological challenges associated with tunneling projects.
